What services does Metron Growth offer?

We specialise in using customer data, marketing technology and AI agents to drive growth. Our team are specialists who have done it before, not generalists. Most of our projects fall into 8 service lines across three categories: data foundations (customer data platforms, data warehousing, data strategy), measurement (attribution, product analytics) and growth (lifecycle marketing, paid media, AI agents). Regardless of which service, all our projects focus on delivering real KPI improvements and use cases.

How do I choose which service fits my situation?

Start with a use case or a goal, not a service. If you need inspiration start with a workshop. If you want to overhaul your customer data infrastructure to achieve big goals then you need a Data Strategy. If you need to improve ROAS then it's Attribution or Paid Media Optimisation. If you're not sure then reach out and we'll recommend an option.

What is the difference between a CDP, a data warehouse and product analytics?

A customer data platform focusses on collecting data across all your tools and systems to create a single view of the customer, then uses this to push audiences and other information downstream. A data warehouse like Snowflake or BigQuery is a flexible place to analyse large volumes of data, both data about customers and other things (e.g. products). Product analytics tools provide self-service access to answer behavioural questions: funnels, retention, feature adoption. Many companies have all three. The key is to make sure they're integrated so that you get consistent results across them all.

Can I combine multiple services in one engagement?

Yes, it's common that multiple services are required to deliver your use cases. A common combination is to implement a CDP and then use it to power lifecycle marketing and product analytics.

Which service should I start with if our data is in bad shape?

If you don't trust your data then we usually suggest an audit, which can cover any one or more of the service areas described here.

Do you offer strategy-only work, or also implementation?

Both. We believe our hands-on experience building solutions in the real world is what makes us great at strategy too. Our strategy projects lead to clear, actionable plans. And many of our clients then work with us to deliver these plans. All our engagement models can span any or all of the service lines described here.

Do you offer discovery or scoping sprints before we commit to a larger engagement?

Yes. Some of our clients choose to start with a short 2-4 week audit project or even a data strategy before moving on to implementation.

How do your services connect to measurable business outcomes?

At the start of every engagement we define the use cases and KPI improvements we'll deliver. CAC, retention, LTV or activation are all common goals. Attribution and paid media drive CPA or ROAS. Lifecycle marketing drives activation, repeat or up-sell/cross-sell rates.
